What is MOI Protocol
MOI Protocol is a blockchain protocol that positions itself as the world's first context-aware chain. It embeds intelligence directly into the network to make Web3 more human-centric, safe, and adaptable. The project uses a unique participant-centric compute model and Interaction State Machines (ISM) to process real-world context.
MOI operates on Krama, a context-based, highly scalable ordering and state machine replication (SMR) algorithm that provides immediate finality without sacrificing security. Krama enables massively parallel processing, unlimited blockspace, and hyper-concurrent consensus through personalized participant contexts rather than a global clock.
The practical implementation of Krama includes PoXt (Proof of Context), a Byzantine fault-tolerant consensus mechanism tailored to user context and interaction clusters (ICS). It focuses on practical applications like safer DeFi, trusted AI with data provenance, user-owned real-world assets (RWA), and decentralized commerce. The protocol prioritizes user-owned assets, behavior-based security, native interoperability, and aims to drive mainstream adoption by aligning blockchain with real human interactions.
