What is Aria

Aria transforms the way intellectual property rights are financed, owned, and experienced, by developing infrastructure for tokenizing and engaging with real-world intellectual property, starting with music. It enables investors to access and earn from iconic IP via IP RWA tokens that represent rights to royalty-generating assets. These tokens can be staked for income, and integrated into new creator monetization models.

Its first IP RWA token, $APL, launched in 2025 linked to income rights to 48 songs performed by global artists including Justin Bieber, BLACKPINK, BTS and Miley Cyrus, with royalty income distributed daily to stakers. All rights were acquired through a $10.95M raise on StakeStone’s LiquidityPad, and the portfolio is expanding to include licensed remixes by Korean singer and actress NANA.

Institutional-grade products under the Aria PRIME brand are launching soon, starting with $100M in asset tokenization of K-pop music.
