The Kommunitas ecosystem is a first of its kind startup with significantly different key mechanics of initial DEX offering (IDO). For example, Kommunitas has implemented the world’s first Initial KOMmunity Offer (IKO) mechanism. With this approach, the platform aims to address the inefficiencies of classic IDO platforms that use a tiered system. In addition, IKO increases the transparency offered by IDOs on their own startup platform. So, in the Kommunitas architecture, there is no tiered system for members, where users need to reach a certain tier to be eligible for a guaranteed allocation. This means that absolutely every Kommunitas user can become a fair IDO participant by holding any number of internal KOM tokens. And definitely – the more KOM a user holds in the staking pool, the greater the amount of their stake in a new crypto startup that holds an IDO on the Kommunitas Launchpad platform. These pools guarantee allocation during the IDO. The Kommunitas system also provides for an additional round of IDO in the form of FCFS (First Come First Serve). This model distributes IDO tokens that were not sold during the IDO phase within the Booster 2 pool. Thus, all participants who hold at least 100 KOM tokens have the opportunity to receive a long-awaited allocation from their favorite crypto startup. Moreover, Kommunitas provided absolutely all users, even those who, for whatever reason, do not store KOM tokens.
